How to make a reservation：
Please make a reservation from our homepage “STAY”. Your reservation will be confirmed once you make a reservation.
But if you use various discounts or options, we will contact you with the total amount , and your reservation will be confirmed after approval.
We will notify you of your reservation details by email.
Accommodation fee：
Accommodation fee varies depending on the plans of each property within the reservation sites.
Payment ・Protection of personal information：
After making your reservaition, we will contact you via email regarding the accommodation fee.
Once you agree, we will send you an invoice via email and you can process youru payment.
(We use the self chek-in system under the guidance of the Japa Tourism Agency, and payent can be made only by credit card or bank transfer.)
Our properties have acquired the Inn and Hotel bussiness license from each municipalty, and we strictly protect personal information.
Cancellation policy：
It is based on the cancellation policy of each travel site when making reservations.
If you make a reservation directly through our homepage “STAY”, you can cancel for free up to 30 days before check-in.
After that, the cancellation policy is 100 ％.
You can change the number of people up to 1 week before check-in.
Refund：
We will not give any refund after reservation is confirmed.
