“Nasu-Shiobara city is located in the northern part of Tochigi prefecture, 150km from Tokyo and about 50km from Utsunomiya city. It is an area rich in nature with many tourist attractions and ranches.
With an altitude of over 200m, it has the cool climate typical of a highland and is famous as a summer resort.
There are plenty of spots for the family can enjoy, such as Nasu Outlet, Nasu Safari Park, Nasu Animal Kingdom, Nasu Highland Park, and Senbonmatsu pure milk farm, and if you go up to north area, you will find hot springs such as Shiobara Onsenkyo and Itamuro Onsen.”
